About Us

The LET'S EAT OUT website is funded and managed by the Utah Restaurant Association.  It provides consumers with a valuable resource to discover and enjoy one of over 4,000 fabulous food and beverage establishments in the state of Utah!

The purpose of the Utah Restaurant Association is to improve the business climate and standards within the restaurant and food service industry throughout the state.

The restaurant industry provides over 66,000 jobs in Utah, over 70% of our citizens first jobs were in the restaurant industry.  Plus, average wages for restaurant employees is well above minimum wage. 

In addition, the URA has established valuable programs, such as ProStart, which gives high school students the rare opportunity to experience "real life" work experience.  It is a 2-year program, that when completed, will have given the students the necessary experience to excel in a career in the hospitality industry.  For more information, contact the Utah Restaurant Association at info@utahdineout.com
